Some of the greatest brands in the snowboarding industry have teamed up with the Stratton Community Foundation to raise money for families in Southern Vermont. It has been a particularly difficult year due to the heavy flooding in July. With winter on the way, it is more critical than ever to get help to those in need.
Posters will be available for purchase with all proceeds going to Southern Vermont families in need
Stealth Backcountry has graciously donated the trip of a lifetime. Access the steepest and deepest lines Hokkaido has to offer. From waist deep bowls, to pillows, to perfectly spaced silver and white birch trees. From mellow glades to gullies full of hits for skiers and snowboarders. This is your chance.
The Stratton Community Foundation cares about the well-being of children and families across southern Vermont. While our primary mission is to address the challenges that stand between a child in need and the opportunity to be healthy, safe and educated, we are also poised as a leader in supporting the rural mountain communities in times of crisis. In 2011, Hurricane Irene devastated the state and the Stratton Community Foundation launched the Relief Fund, creating a model for disaster recovery. Just twelve years later, on July 10, 2023, a historic and powerful flood damaged local homes and businesses, causing hardship greater than Irene. In just 8 weeks, the Stratton Community Foundation raised and distributed nearly $500,000 into the hands of those in need as well as provided critical services to help neighbors navigate insurance, federal, and state assistance. The road to recovery is long, and according to the Disaster Technical Assistance Center, the impact of a disaster is ‘unequally detrimental on the poor, financially and emotionally.’ Lack of shelter, loss of work, damage to property, food insecurity, disabilities, limited access to clean water, and lack of transportation are factors that contribute to poverty, and all were magnified during our Flood Relief efforts.
The Stratton Community Foundation helps the children and families in southern Vermont to navigate the storms of poverty that plague our region and cast children into an endless cycle of generational poverty. For more information, visit: strattonfoundation.org.

This photo was the cover for Transworld Snowboarding 10 years ago. It was the first time in the magazine's history that no human was present on the cover and only its second non-action cover ever. It would look amazing on your wall.
East Street Archives donated this iconic Trevor Graves photograph of Scott Clum taken back in October 1985 in Upstate New York. Check out more of the story behind this photo at East Street Archives
This iconic photo of Jeff Brushie is from the dawn of new school riding in the early 90s. Brushie is widely considered the most stylish rider of that primal era, and this print shows his East Coast halfpipe skills, boosting in Southern California.
This print absolutely drips 90's East Coast style from an all-timer. Not only did Noah Brandon help shepherd in a new era of style and art in snowboarding, he is one of the nicest human beings on the planet. We all be better off if there were more Noahs in the world and you would be better off with this Gunars Elmuts print on your wall.
Two Jeff Brushie prints, you are damn straight two prints. Brushie's infectious energy and classic style drove the East Coast scene and snowboard culture overall. Few photographers were able to capture that energy better than Gunars Elmuts did with this photo.
Magic Mtn played an integral role in the rich culture of the Southern Vermont snowboard scene that bubbled out to drive the explosion of snowboarding worldwide. This epic Gunar Elmuts shot of Jason Ford captures the early days of skate style riding at Magic.
This front 7 Japan landed Jake Blauvelt on the cover of Transworld Snow and Transworld Japan. It oozes everything that makes Jake such a unique and stylish rider.
"This will always remain one of my favorite snow shots." - Adam Moran
"I trusted that Terje would come super close to me here, and hopefully not hit me. I also knew that if he did he would blame me. Thankfully it all worked out." - Adam Moran
The Pearce family is deeply intertwined in Southern VT and Kevin spent his formative years riding the SoVT mountains.
The Barnes is CNC-machined from one solid billet of 6AL4V titanium, which means fewer parts, less maintenance and the ability to do things with the form that you cannot do in standard knife construction.
A good screwdriver/bit driver is often hard to come by, and they are generally not well-suited for daily carry. That was the brief for the Cache River: to make a great screw and bit driver on a bearing that can easily be carried in-pocket on the daily.
The Mehlville was created from scratch to stand apart from any other carabiner on the market. A dual compartment construction securely locks keys into place while the machined billet design allows for a high level of strength.
We will be announcing more prizes on a weekly basis throughout the raffle
